Residents can request a white goods collection twice per financial year.
Mattress collection
We have introduced an on-demand mattress collection service for residents.
On-demand donation collection service
The City has partnered with Good Sammy to offer residents a 12-month pilot program for on-demand collections of quality pre-loved items.
On-demand oversized item collection
For items that do not fit in the skip bin, each residential address can request one (1) free collection of one (1) oversized item each financial year.

Ranford Road Resource Recovery and Waste Transfer Station (RRWTS)
Residents can also use the Waste Transfer Station for quick and easy disposal of materials and waste. Visit the RRWTS page to learn what you can dispose of at the facility and the fees.

Recycling Hazardous Waste
Common items like batteries, light globes and printer cartridges don’t belong in your kerbside bins. They are hazardous waste and can be disposed of safely at one of our Recycling Hubs.
