Lost Dogs and Cats

Having a pet go missing is stressful, however help is never too far away. The City of Canning can assist you in your search.

If you have lost your pet or found a wandering pet, please contact Ranger and Community Safety Services on 1300 422 664.

City's has two Animal Management facilities:

Dogs

Open by appointment only. Closed Good Friday and Christmas Day.

Cats

City of South Perth Cat Management Facility
199 Thelma Street, Como WA

If you believe your cat is impounded please contact the facility on 9474 0777 to arrange a time.

Open Wednesday to Sunday, 12pm-2pm, and by appointment at all other times. Closed Good Friday, Christmas Day, and Boxing Day.
