Proposal to Dispose of Property – Unit A2, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool
The City of Canning proposes to lease a 19.1sqm portion of land at Unit A2, 33-37 Murray Road, Welshpool to W & W Health Services for a consideration of $4,298 excluding GST per annum. The market value of this disposition was assessed at $4,298 ex GST per annum.
It is a requirement of section 3.58 of the Local Government Act 1995 that the City disclose this information for public consideration.
