BA22 - Application to Extend time - Building or Demolition Permit
Building and demolition permits are valid for two years, unless otherwise stated on the permit, and the work must be completed within that time.
If work has been substantially commenced, but not completed when the permit expires the City may consider an application to extend the time on the permit.
You can lodge a new application online using the My Canning portal.
- Log in to My Canning.
- Select Enquiries.
- In the search bar search for BA22.
- Click the Start button for the enquiry to begin the online application submission process.
- Log in to My Canning.
- Select My Lodged Applications.
