Sewing Workshops

We offer a range of sewing programs to help community members build their skills and confidence.

A Sewing Workshops is held at Hillview Hub, running every Friday from 12.30pm to 3.30pm. This workshop replaces one of the regular sewing machine hire sessions each month.

Additional sewing classes and workshops are also available at various City of Canning library locations.

For information about upcoming workshops, locations, dates, and eligibility, please contact hillviewhub@canning.wa.gov.au.

Bookings and inductions

  • Bookings are essential.
  • All users must complete a mandatory sewing machine induction at Hillview Hub before accessing general hire.
  • Bookings for inductions and machine hire are managed via SpacetoCo. Patrons will need to create an account to make bookings.

Before attending an induction, patrons must read and agree to all Terms and Conditions outlined in the Bernina B 215 Sewing Machine User Guide.
