If you are purchasing a property with a pool or spa, the City strongly recommends you condition the purchase, subject to a compliance report on the safety barrier provided by the Local Government.
You can lodge a new application online using the My Canning portal.
- Log in to My Canning.
- Select Enquiries.
- In the search bar search for swimming pool orders
- Click the Start button for the enquiry to begin the online application submission process.
- Log in to My Canning.
- Select My Lodged Applications.
